Refund Policy

At Alamo Website Pros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your website. We've designed our process to ensure you love your site before any payment is collected.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We build your website and provide a preview for your review before you pay anything. This gives you the opportunity to:

  • Review your complete website design
  • Request revisions based on your package
  • Ensure the site meets your expectations
  • Only approve and pay when you're happy

Website Design Services

Before Approval

If you're not satisfied with your website preview after using all included revision rounds, you may cancel your order at no charge. Simply contact us and we'll cancel your order. No payment will be collected.

After Approval & Payment

Once you approve your website and complete payment, the sale is final. We've invested significant time and resources into building your custom website, and the approval step confirms your satisfaction.

However, we understand things happen. If there's a significant issue with your website after launch that we caused, we'll fix it at no additional charge.

Hosting Subscriptions

Hosting subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Here's how refunds work:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Your site remains active until the end of your billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may request a prorated refund within 30 days of your annual renewal if you wish to cancel. After 30 days, no refund is available, but you can continue using the service until the period ends.

Concierge / Unlimited Changes Plan

The Concierge plan for unlimited website changes follows the same policy as hosting:

  • Cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period
  • No refunds for partial periods
  • Annual plans eligible for prorated refund within 30 days of renewal

Domain Purchases

Domain registrations are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered, we cannot get a refund from the registrar. Please double-check your domain name before completing a purchase.

If you no longer need a domain, you may transfer it to another registrar or let it expire.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel a service:

  1. Log into your dashboard at alamowebsitepros.com
  2. Go to Billing > Subscriptions
  3. Click "Cancel" on the relevant subscription
  4. Or contact us at support@alamowebsitepros.com

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
