1. Services

Alamo Website Pros provides website design and development services for small businesses. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information about your business and pay the agreed-upon price. Payment is due after you approve your website preview.

• Prices are as displayed at time of order
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• First year of hosting is included with your purchase
• Subsequent hosting is billed monthly or annually

3. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major changes to scope or design direction may require a new order.

4. Content

You are responsible for providing content for your website (text, images, logos). You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide. We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from content you supply.

5. Hosting and Domains

Hosting is provided on a month-to-month or annual basis after the first year. If hosting is not renewed, your website may be taken offline. Domain registration is separate and subject to the terms of the domain registrar.

6. Refunds

We want you to be happy with your website. If you're not satisfied with your preview, we'll work with you to make it right. Refunds are available before final approval of your website. Once approved and payment is made, refunds are not available.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content and design of your website. We retain the right to use screenshots of your website in our portfolio unless you opt out.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
